  • Orders are accepted only after successful payment through the available modes on the website.

  • Kuzhali’s Masala reserves the right to accept or decline an order at its sole discretion due to availability or operational constraints.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location, logistics partner, holidays, weather, or unforeseen situations.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Reshipping due to wrong address may incur additional charges.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

As our products are edible food items:

  • Returns and replacements are not accepted.

  • Refunds are permitted only if:

    • The product is damaged during delivery, or

    • A wrong product was delivered.

  • Refund claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video and clear photos as proof.

  • Decisions on refund approval remain at our discretion.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before preparation or dispatch.

  • Once packed or dispatched, cancellation or refund is not applicable.

  • All prices, discounts, shipping charges, and policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • The price applicable will be the one at the time of payment confirmation.
